On the move!

It's official...Zion is actually crawling!! He doesn't get too far yet, but he's definately able to move around!! He can pull himself up to standing now too and trys to step from one thing to another (side stepping). I can't believe how old he is already! He's the best baby and every stage is so much fun, we can't wait for all the fun that is still to come! He's very strong and brave so we have to be careful of where he gets and what he does already..he's keeping mommy in shape already, but that's good for me!!!

Cute Closeups

Smile!!

I just can't get over this smile!! It makes my day!! I don't know who could look at this face and not have their day brightened!:-) Hope these pics brighten your day!

Swimming!!

Zion went to the pool today!! He finally started liking baths recently, so we thought maybe he'd enjoy the pool!! He did like it!! He would even start kicking while he was floating in this little crab....so cute!!

Karate

A new school year has started for Iesha! She's already in 8th grade, we can't believe it!! She's started karate this year and loves it so far, so hopefully that will be fun and good! School is keeping her busy so far and she's also involved in a Girl's Group at our church, -busy girl!!

on the verge

Zion will be moving any day now!! He tries to pull himself up on us and step to the side, he tries to let go and turn around and grab something else to hold on to...he's very brave, and when he falls he just starts trying again....very determined little boy! This is a very fun and exciting stage, but we have to keep on eye on him ALL the time!:-)

Hilarious

One of the funniest things Zion does right now is play with the tags on all his toys. He gets so intent on focusing on the little tags and holds them so carefully between his little fingers...he could care less about the rest of the toy that's created for babies usually...he just wants to read the fine print! (these are a little blurry but hopefully you can get the idea)

Play/Sleep Time

Zion is on the move! Well, not really MOVING, moving...but he's sure trying!! He tries to pull up on whatever is near by and rocks back and forth, and then he wears himself out and is knocked out. :-) He's at a very cute and fun stage right now!!

Car

A friend of ours gave us this little car for Zion. He can't touch the ground with both of his feet at the same time yet, but he still thought it was fun to sit on and have daddy push him around. These are kinda blurry too:-( I can't get this kid to sit still!:-)

More Solid Food!

Zion got the hang of eating real food pretty quickly! He's actually not too messy when he eats, he keeps most of it in his mouth, the messiest thing is when he tries to help:-). I loves these biter biscuits too, but then a little piece will break off and he goes insane when we try to recover it and take the biscuit away.:-) He's trying lots of new foods and liking them all so far! So far he's eaten banana, avocado, sweet potatoes, apples and oatmeal baby cereal! (Might not sound so exciting to you, but it's very exciting for him!)

Happy Boy

Zion is getting more social and friendly everyday! When we're in public, most people's comments are, "What a happy baby" now, so that is fun! I love his smile, it makes my day when I walk in the door from being at the gym or somewhere and see this beaming face looking up at me!! Eden loves coming home too, Zion definately knows his daddy and gets very excited when he walks in the door!

Door Jumper

These pics are kinda blurry because he'll always moving around in this jumper! He loves it though, he's starting to jump on his own and make himself laugh, it's adorable!

Solid Food!!!

Zion turned 6 months on August 24th and got to try some solid foods! His first taste in these pics is of avocados. He liked it at first, and then after a few sucks he started making funny faces, but we could never actually get them on camera. These pics are still cute though!
